Throughout my decade-long career in sales, I have been in various roles that have provided me a distinct perspective on the industry. It was during a pivotal moment when I redirected my attention to what I had the greatest control over – my inputs, such as prospecting efforts – that everything changed. By prioritizing the inputs rather than fixating solely on the outputs, I witnessed improved results and a newfound enjoyment in the sales process. This transformative approach reinvigorated my vision and instilled within me a deeper sense of purpose, driving me to lead and coach high-performing teams in achieving increased sales and sustainable growth.
As an experienced sales leader, I have focused on coaching and growing the capacity of sales managers. My expertise lies in supporting leaders with building and scaling global teams and business development processes, as well as helping businesses overcome complex challenges in their sales systems.
My commitment, attention to detail, streamlined processes, and cutting-edge technology significantly evolved during my studies at Bentley University Business School where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Management and minors in Operations and Supply Chain Management, as well as Computer Information Systems.
I founded Always Prospecting to leverage the expertise and skills I have developed throughout my career in service of sales organizations wanting to be more effective at business development. I aim to collaborate with organizations that have a genuine desire to transform their sales approach, fostering sustained growth while simultaneously bringing innovative tech-based solutions into the areas of prospecting, sales operations, and strategy.
I am a passionate runner and cyclist (interests that are reflected in our logo) currently based in Boston after kicking off my career in the fast-paced San Francisco tech start-up industry.
